A Perverse Painter
Are the artist's tools sexual?
My Dearest,
A long time since my last post. How are you? Here, it’s been a joyful start to the year. The last few months have been incredible. From dirty drawing with a biro to full installation in my basement, and 7-feet canvases of fully exposed bodies.
The king is naked and the flesh is sad. Artistic practice is erotic in itself, and drawing on a sizable surface is a physical experience. When faced with a large canvas, drawing is intense. Exciting. It is a play and the art studio is the theater.
I was uncertain when writing about this readymade, kind of sculpture. A black box, in all means. Filled with cans, jar, bottles, and brushes I used. Paper and paint covered. Taped, upgraded, hand-made, overused, fixed, and broken again.
Are the artist’s tools sexual?
Like vibrators, there’s intimacy and brute force in these brushes made for savage sex.
Exhibition of studio tools, various murder weapons, recipients of explosive desires.
The artist is a maniac, an obsessive, a deviant, and here are his practices laid bare.
The painter box is a manifesto for revolution, an ammo pack ready for porn painting.
Paint bomb, self-made grenade, gas bottle, petrol canister for avant-garde revolution.
To forge the tools for eruptive art orgasms, you will get your hands dirty, kinky animal.
I wish you a very happy New Year, wild creature. Let’s pick up where we left off in our talks about those dirty, artistic things we’re addicted to. Kisses from a snowy Sunday.
Love always,
Sissi

Happy New year Miss , and keep it up.
